What is the return policy?
All sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defect, damaged product, or order error.
To ensure the quality of our products, each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping. We also take photographs of each order before packaging to confirm its condition, conformity, and quality before dispatch.
Digital Products
Digital products, including Procreate brushes, downloadable files, digital designs, and other digital resources, are final sales. No refunds or exchanges can be granted after downloading or accessing the files.
If you experience difficulties opening or using a file, we offer technical support. Please contact us via the contact form, including your order number, so we can assist you.
Apparel and Accessories
Apparel, caps, bags, tote bags, and other accessories can only be claimed in the event of a manufacturing defect, damage observed upon receipt, or an error in the order.
The product must not have been worn, washed, or used. Labels must be intact, and photographs may be required to allow for claim analysis.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is necessary due to an order error on our part or a confirmed product defect, Wu Tattoo Clothing may cover the return or replacement costs.
Prints and Visual Arts
Prints, posters, and visual artworks are final sales.
However, if an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and propose an appropriate solution.
Mugs and Print-on-Demand Items
Mugs and other print-on-demand items are final sales.
In the event of shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photographs of the product and packaging so we can conduct an assessment.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the event of a damaged, defective, or non-compliant product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order using our contact form and including your order number.
After reviewing the case, Wu Tattoo Clothing may, at its discretion, offer one of the following solutions:
Product replacement;
A full or partial refund;
Store credit;
Any other solution deemed appropriate for the situation.
In some cases, if a product has only minor aesthetic damage that does not affect its use, store credit of up to 50% of the item's value may be offered, and the customer may keep the product.
Unless otherwise indicated by us, product return will generally not be required. Clear photographs of the product, its packaging, and the observed defect may be requested before any decision.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
You can request to modify or cancel your order as long as production has not started.
The majority of our clothing, accessories, and printed products are made on demand. Production generally begins shortly after order confirmation. For this reason, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a modification or request a cancellation.
Once production has started or the order has shipped, no modification or cancellation can be guaranteed, and our standard return policy will apply.
Digital products, including Procreate brushes, downloadable files, digital designs, and other digital resources, cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded after purchase.

When will I receive my order?
We strive to produce and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Production generally begins within hours of order confirmation and can start up to 24 hours afterward. As the majority of our products are made to order, production times may vary slightly depending on the current order volume.
Shipping is usually completed within 3 to 4 business days following the order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information, if available.
Delivery times then depend on the selected carrier and your geographical location. Wu Tattoo Clothing cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has been handed over to them.
Where are your products manufactured?
Apparel
We primarily use apparel from renowned brands such as Gildan, Jerzees, and M&O. Depending on the models, availability, and our supply needs, other brands of equivalent quality may also be used.
Blank apparel comes from carefully selected Canadian suppliers. Depending on the chosen range, these garments may be manufactured in different countries that meet industry quality standards.
All our apparel is printed using DTF (Direct To Film) technology.
The DTF process involves printing the design onto a specialized film before heat-transferring it onto the garment. This technique results in detailed, durable, and vibrant prints, while maintaining excellent wearing comfort. DTF also offers excellent wash resistance when cared for according to recommendations.
At Wu Tattoo Clothing, DTF printing, garment transfer, order preparation, packaging, and shipping are all carried out locally in Quebec by our team. These steps are not outsourced and are fully handled by us.
Visual Arts and Prints
Our art prints are produced on 100 lb premium paper, offering excellent color reproduction and a durable finish suitable for display and framing.
Digital Products
Our digital products include Procreate brushes, downloadable files, print-ready designs, and various creative resources for artists, tattoo artists, graphic designers, and printers.
In summary, only blank apparel comes from external suppliers. Everything else, from artistic creation to production, preparation, and shipping, is done directly by Wu Tattoo Clothing to ensure rigorous quality control at every step.
